Advertised as “Order before 00:30 for next-day delivery.” I ordered on Monday, but it was delivered on Friday. The package should also have included freebies, specifically chicken seasoning, but these were not included. It is not that I particularly wanted them, but if they are listed in the order, the customer should receive them. Finally, the protein packaging burst inside the delivery box, so I had to spend time cleaning everything. Overall, this was not a great first experience with MyProtein.

I received damaged item, after that they sent me replacement, I rejected it and it has been returned back to their warehouse. And they are not refunding me now. Also they closed my account for no reason. Communication with me like a radio, writing the same answers all the time. Such a shame!
