The absolute WORST Customer service EVER.
Apparently, once you order, you are automatically placed in a reoccurring shipment schedule; unless you can get it cancelled thru their AI automated phone service. There is NO way to talk to an actual person. I called five days in a row and stayed on hold for exactly 57 minutes each time - only to be disconnected from the call after 57 minutes.

I’m trying to send back shipment for a refund and NO ONE is available for a return address or a return authorization code? I can send it back to where it came from but that doesn’t guarantee a refund.
NO HELP with any sort of customer service. Very very bad.
On a nice note - capsules seem to work; but I have soo many bottle now it’s nuts. And I keep getting charged $75+ in charges.
Had to cancel subscription- but they still sent bottles?

Worst experience ever. Canceled a month ago. Appeared to be successful. I got another shipment. Went back and forth with AI rep about the issue. I got the same answer 4 times. Called. Went in circles, said id get a live rep but no. Tried chat. Was referred back to EMAIL again. Terrible AI service and the stuff is crap. Im surprised others have actually gotten a real person? All of my communications have been with AI. One had me fooled until "she" answered the phone a second time minutes after i'd hung up and i realized she was an it.
So i replied with the requested information and nothing since. Its August 1.

I have been trying to get off the automatic shipping now for quite some time. Last quarter I got it reversed but had to change my credit card. I just got notice of another billing and wrote customer support. Trying to cancel is tedious and complicated online.

My customer service was very professional and considerate and thoughtful, and I was able to accomplish my cares and concerns… and although I had to change my shipping address and payment method a few weeks ago… somehow the new information had to be submitted again, but based on my experience today, I was pleasantly surprised that I would receive an additional discount for the extra work I had to perform, which I did not even expect that I would receive an additional discount for my additional troubles.. of which didn’t even consider a problem and that was very kind to be sure!! thank you very much team at Noor!!
