First time buying from the site
The online experience was fine. I couldn’t buy 124 grain grounds that I intend it to you. My box of practice rounds was open and cartridges were all over the box when I received it
Great price on the .380 ammo bundle
Great price on the .380 ammo bundle. My Glock 42 loves this stuff. Burns clean, great accuracy and shoots to point aim.
Everything was good as usual
Everything was good as usual. Norma needs to make shotshells. Also needs to add .303 British to the line up.

The customer service did a great job! I made an error regarding my delivery address. They where able get this corrected even after it shipped. It caused a little delay, but that my doing.
Quick easy purchase and shipping.
Customer Service and Support
Spoke with Customer Service and they talked me through their ordering process. With so many "scams" out there, I wanted to be sure my money was being well spent. They were friendly and helpful. We purchased the ammo after receiving some from Western Regional Lever Action Championships. The ammo is very accurate and we appreciate Norma Shooting's support in our sport.

Fedex is the worst delivery company in America
I placed the order two weeks ago. I have received daily messages from fedex telling me that it was out for delivery today. Then a few minutes later it has been delayed until the next day. I know your product is very good but the delivery via FedEx is completely unacceptable. I still don’t have it.
