Products are usually excellent quality, however, the tankard I ordered last time came apart in shipping. The stainless steel liner came out of the tankard. Update, I should have mentioned that I had not contacted Norse Spirit about the issue. My fault. I have done many transactions with them and they are a great company. My sincerest apologies to Norse Spirit. Mea culpa.

I ordered a chain with Odins ravins holding a double headed hammer. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's impossible to see in pictures how it's made and such. It's legit! The entire peice is decent weight seems very sturdy and very well made.
The metal chain itself is strong, durable, and doesn't seem like it will tangle. That is excellent news, as my last chain was snarled to the point of replacement.
The bears' heads that hold Mjolnir are too elongated. That was one of the reasons I was going to send it back, initially. They resemble rats too closely, instead of bears. I would shorten them by a centimeter or so to give a more realistic and ursine shape.
Also, yours is the only bear shaped mjolnir king's chain necklace I have found, so it would seem that you've cornered that market. Well done.
I've always had a great interest in Norse mythology & a great interest in the Norse way of life. So when I started seeing several websites promoting Viking accessories & jewellery, I was immediately excited & impressed with what was available.
After scrolling through several sites & numerous pages of the different categories & what was available, I found certain pieces that I would be happy to wear every day.
So, when I found the pieces I wanted & really liked. I simply purchased them & waited for them to arrive.
I'm so happy & excited to receive them & put them on immediately.

Very sorry you have left us a poor review. You contacted our support team early September to request a return of your item. We replied that this was no problem and that you could return it to us for a full refund providing it hadn't been worn.
You then requested that we pay for your return postage. This is outside of our published returns policy so we politely declined but reiterated that you could still return your item for a full refund.
You then replied using abusive, threatening and offensive language; this is completely unacceptable and we will not reply to such messages.
You are still welcome to return your item to us for a full refund but as is clearly stated on our website, you are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us.
