Where do I start?
Where do I start?! We found the PERFECT wedding band for my fiancé and after I ordered it, learned that they had discontinued that particular band. Sam understood just how important THAT ring was to him / us after shopping for one for months. Sam (and team) made it happen! They "made" it for us and stayed in communication the entire process. When it arrived, it was perfect. Highly recommend B2C Jewels. This was so important to me to get him what he really, really wanted. Thank you Sam.

I ordered a stock set of rings back in 2014 and was very pleased with the process; therefore, when it was time to upgrade I called Simon with B2C Jewels and placed my new custom order through them. I was pleased with the process and the jewelry received. B2C Jewels, and Simon, get the first shot of every jewelry purchase that I make.

Second time purchased from b2c, special thanks to Simon for his great service. I was provided lots of diamonds to choose from, and made the best selection within my budget. B2C Jewels is the go to place for diamonds. Jane Scott the sales representative was excellent. She took the order efficiently. Sent the confirmation notice for verification by email. And she called when she was notified of delivery to assure the diamonds were safely received. I highly recommend B2C Jewels.

Excellent experience & great customer service. B2C Jewels was my first big online jewelry purchase experience. One of my friends recommended me to go there and it lived up to the expectations. The overall cost is so much lesser than outlet stores and much more design options for rings. Before placing the order, I went back and forth with their customer service. Adam in particular was of great help and was able to get the right fit, customization and additional discounts after speaking with him. Overall I am very happy to the service and product. Highly recommended!
B2C jewels is my go too
Sam and the others I spoke to at B2C jewels were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their pricing cannot be best at local or chain jewelry stores. I’ve bought loose diamonds and jewelry from them on three occasions over the last decade and all of my experiences have been great! Many great online deals are scary due to scams, but they are legit!
