They are a helpful and trustworthy company. Aden helped my get ahold of a stone I was in a hurry very quickly. Even when I accidently sent to much money the promptly alerted me and sent me back the money.

As a nervous man about to propose to the love of his life, I had a lot of options when choosing a diamond. This website has a stellar GUI, and the prices are very difficult to beat. Aden has been my contact throughout the process and was even able to facilitate a timely exchange that met all of my expectations of customer service. I would recommend this website to anyone.

I have purchased several GIA certified loose diamonds from B2C and have been very satisfied with the purchasing process, customer service, and timely shipment of my orders. I had an appraisal of one piece and it came in 40% higher than I paid. No high pressure, pretentious sales people, 1000's of diamonds to select, and a easy to navigate website allowing you to only see the exact diamonds you want.

I got my first diamond ring on B2C as a reward for myself after a whole year's hard work, haha. I like wearing it while working because I can enjoy this shiny ring whenever I look down. I took my ring to a local jeweler to inspect and they said my diamond is very beautiful. Pascal and Stacy have been helpful with addressing my questions and concerns. I seems I've been lied to. Now it's too late

I ordered a diamond on December 7th as a gift for Christmas. My credit card was charged on the 11th. The information given at the time of order was that upon receiving payment the diamond would be shipped overnight. Today is the 21st I called and there is still no date for delivery. I insisted that they cancel the order and refund my money and I called the credit card company. While writing this review I received an email stating that the sales team had "canceled the order", the reason being: "Change of diamond". Another lie it seems.
