Very thankful for B2C Jewels!

I was in the market to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring and I decided to go back to B2C Jewels, where I purchased her original engagement ring back in November 2017. To my surprise, I had the opportunity to be served again by Shane and the same Team of individuals for my second time around and I must say that the customer experience, the expertise, and the customer service once again far exceeded my expectations. During the process, the entire Team was exceptional, but Shane was my “go-to” person. He responded to my numerous emails and my numerous phone calls in a strong timely manner with updates and changes and that level of customer service is very hard to find these days; however, Shane and the Team delivered big time and my wife and I are thrilled over the results. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for having the opportunity to deal with Shane again, as he was already familiar with me as a customer since 2017. I cannot thank B2C enough for what they delivered for my wife.

B2C Jewels provided an excellent experience, Pascal especially was great! The didn't have the diamond I was interested in in stock, so they had it ordered specifically for me. I also like the fact that you can upgrade the diamond in a few years, so this is well worth the investment.

Great accessories

I guess that there are no accessories which probably decorate your style better than jewelry. No doubts, that jewelries can be very expensive in case they look amazing and consist of minerals and diamods, however I'm convinced that it's worth buying actually. I had a dilemma what to present to my girlfriend on our anniversary. I thought that something useful would be much more effective to present, but I found out that girls prefer such things like jewelry. So, I went to this store and the staff helped me to choose the best option.I described preferences of my girlfriend and managers adviced me a good necklace. I'm happy that I chose this shop.

Amazing Company.

There's a lot of stuff here that would make great gifts for any occasion. I recently purchased some accessories for myself as well as a necklace for my grandmother's upcoming birthday present. And it was wonderful. I like the quality and the pricing is reasonable.

Excellent business to work with

Pascal was my dedicated sales rep, but on occasion interacted with others at B2C who were also professional and courteous. Though the diamond I was looking at in my price range had specifications that weren't exactly what I wanted, Pascal reassured me the lower grade color was negligible based on the video, but had excellent cut and clarity for the price. I have a more detailed review of my diamond on the google review site of B2C. My diamond has exceeded my expectations and without Pascal's reassurance, I would've missed out on this most stunning, beautiful diamond. I am blessed! Thank-you Pascal and B2C for making this process much easier as online shopping for a diamond can be confusing to say the least.
