They should be shut down for misleading customers and using fake discount codes. For example, a cologne like Prada L'homme now costs 60 euros on flaconi.de, 81 euros on Notino, and 75 euros on Douglas.de, all for a 50ml bottle. Notino gives you a bogus discount code, bringing the price down to 64 euros. Still more expensive than on flaconi.de, but wait flaconi also offers 10 to 12% discount codes for the same cologne, so you can get it even cheaper. If you understand marketing and the economy of scale, you know that this greedy company isn't just failing to offer real discounts, they're actually profiting significantly by faking discounts. 1500 Euro order split in 3 due to 500 geing maximum insurance coverage, apparently. 1st package 200, 2nd 300, third 1000...? Third wasn't sent for a week as they refunded the 200 of the second package???? Wouldn't ship my 1000 euro item due to them refunding 200 without me having asked, write me a mail like I'm a criminal, get hung up by phone 3x (had to call 6x to finally have 1k parcel shipped). Never again, thanks for the first impression Nutino. Got an automated mail few days after asking if in my order everything went as expected..

I paid 50 euros for nothing

I ordered a few items they cost nearly 50 euros. they didnt deliver the package to my desired location and package got stolen in just 2 minutes. they refuse to cooperate and didnt want to pay my money back nor they didnt sent the item once. i just lost money as a student and didnt get a single item.

Missing item

I ordered a hairdryer and added a few other items to the same order. I received the other four products, but the hairdryer — the main and most expensive item — was missing. The delivery was handled by DPD, and I even received an email saying the package had been delivered as if everything was complete. I contacted customer service but still don’t have a solution. Very disappointing after four years of buying from Notino.

My package was shipped by dpd and never delivered to me. Notino customer service does not help at all, dpd customer service did not do anything either. No money back, no responsibility taken.

I couldn't login to the German site with my Spain login, so decided to use my second email to register in the German site. The result? 'We couldn't complete the registration' What a lame way to lose loyal international customers...
