Nova Auto Warranty staff/sales team are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Joe Ross and Tim are great! Although I canceled my policy, because of other reasons. I will definitely consider/recommend Nova A.W. again in the near future. Thanks again gents!

Brooke was awesome. She helped me read through different contracts and explained how Nova had a superior product to the dealer's warranty.
Brooke was my salesperson and explained the policy very well. I was very happy with my experience. I was on the fence about whether I should get an extended warranty or self-insure, but their 30-day money back guarantee and ability to cancel for a prorated refund made me feel confident about purchasing it.
My representative, Brooke, was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The experience was very much like working with a concierge rather than a 'sales' representative. Everything was well explained and transparent from the onset. I am confident that if I have a claim I can trust Brooke to be just as thorough and professional as she was during the contract phase.
have tried twice to file a claim and cannot get a representative to contact my dealer! all anyone gets is the runaround from an answering service!!! This was my original review with one star on 3/10/26. Today on the 14th I had a very good conversation with a representative named Jeffery and some of my concern's may or may not have been the fault of Nova and have been addressed the work is going forward on my vehicle and I am a happy customer.
Brooke was throughly informative and professional. She made sure I understood everything about the policy. In fact, I waited a couple of days before my purchase and made sure I got her.
Doing business with Tom. He is a credit to your organization. Patient and customer service oriented. A pleasure. I was considering two other companies, but his approach and attitude had me from our first call. We are looking forward to three, and then more years. This is the last new car we buy!

I have been researching vehicle warranties for almost a month. I have had very bad experiences with high pressure, say anything to get you to sign, phony people. When I came across Nick from Nova, he appeared to be honest, genuine, and truly concerned about my needs. He also objectively informed me about his and other company's, then left it up to me to decide. Instead of covering the one vehicle I intended on, I gladly went with Nick at Nova and added a 2nd vehicle. This was all due to Nick and his honesty in selling.
Nick is a great sale's who answered my indeepth questions and I had many!! I purchased a policy and will report back if I ever have to use it.... but for now I am happy to have the extra cover for my audi Q7
