Amazing experience during the quoting and binding process of acquiring my extended warranty. Tom Brooks was extremely patient, professional, proficient, friendly and kind. He answered all my questions and concerns, I am an insurance agent myself and believe me I had many questions. I must say Tom is an asset to Nova. Make sure to take great care of him. People like him are rare to find nowadays in the industry.
After a minor miscommunication, Nova rep really stepped up to get everything straightened out. I have not used the service yet, but so far Nova's customer service is very attentive and concerned about their customers
Had discovered the well regarded company while researching auto service plans. Hooked up with Kevin Parker when I filled out an online quote application. Kevin confirmed much of what I read up about Nova's products and provided many details question about which I had. Very personable and knowledgable even about the Porsche equivalents. Very helpful and made my decision easy to trust Nova.
Brooke took the necessary time to assist me and clarify all my questions about my new auto extended warranty policy. She clarified both what was and was not covered, and presented several options to help me make a decision about which coverage would work the best. I really appreciate all the time she spent and how she made the whole process so easy. As I understand it, she will also assist me with any claims that may arise. That is reassuring to know she will be helping me directly. So far I'm very impressed with Brooke and Nova Warranty, and feel confident that I made an awesome purchase! Many thanks to Brooke!
Nick was great to deal with. He explained everything and we stayed in touch over a several month period without any high pressure sales tactics. I appreciated that. Warranty is much more inclusive and longer (and cheaper) than the one we purchased from the dealership.
