Brooke was nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the warranty coverage specifics and the claim process. During our call, she didn't come off as a high-pressure salesperson. She clearly answered all of our questions and addressed the concerns we had regarding some reviews we read online. We found Brooke to be an excellent representative for the company. She made us feel totally comfortable and confident in the decision to move forward with this coverage. She's a keeper!

Not trustworthy
Their policy/contract states that control arms are covered when they fail. that makes total sense because i do not expect to have the control arms when they get used and weakened. I had my control arms make thudding sounds because they were failed, the rubber had broken off so they would rub off against the metal. i send the car to the dealer and when i opened a claim with them they denied the claim. they stated that Fail means to have manufacturers defect. It turns out this company is not trustworthy. they state that they can be contacted 24/7 for claims, that is not true. i contacted them on a friday afternoon and they said they would get back to me on Monday working hours.
Brooke was great to work with. I hit her with a lot of questions and took a couple of weeks to make a decision. She was very patient and answered everything I asked without pressuring me. Everytime I called she answered, and everytime I emailed, she replied. No harassment or pressure in between. I couldn't be more pleased. If the claim process is this easy, I'll be ecstatic. Thank you!

Do not purchase a warranty from this company! I have a 2015 Land rover and had the air conditioner stop working and the check engine light came on, I took it to our land rover dealer and they stated we needed a new compressor and a turbo charger. They wouldn't cover either one even though in our plan they are covered. Carlos explained stipulations that if the air conditioner is leaking it doesn't cover, I asked him if they ever covered any air conditioner's since it would only make sense the refrigerant would almost certainly leak out if something went bad, and he couldn't answer. on the turbo he said it was a manufactures defect, for which Land rover stated that wasn't the case. Needless to say I canceled the warranty because I don't believe they would cover anything over a few hundred dollars, I believe they have a stipulation for everything. We did receive most of our money back and have since fixed our vehicle with a different warranty company. Be leery before you buy and read through all the stipulations.
