The quality of the product is the best ones around. I use them everyday and/or every other day. They even help with my leg pain! I have neuropathy. I always make sure I have plenty on hand. I find it gives me relief every time I use them. The amount of heat they put out is amazing, too hot to put straight on skin but for lower back you can put them on your underwear and it heats up your back and helps with pulled or sore muscles etc. Highly recommend this product.
