Warning - Return policy pretty much irrelevent
While I like the led mat, the customer service experience was horrible. First, I wanted to exchange for a more expensive product - I asked for the change before I ever used the product. However, if you take it out of the bag (which you have to do to even see the product or test if it works to your liking), then they will not give you a refund or let you return it. This is a warning to anyone who buys it - basically you are stuck with it if you don't like it for any reason. Second the response times were pretty bad (days to respond to email or chat) and all they do is ignore what you are asking and just keep restating their return policy over and over. I suspect they are just buying time to make the 30 days run out. Too bad for them - I actually was planning to spend more $$ with them, but because of this, I won't be buying anything else from them.

Just to clarify, customers are absolutely able to inspect the product- we simply ask that returns are made in re-saleable condition, for hygiene purposes, but it should never feel like you’re “stuck” with something you’re unhappy with.
