Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the stunning flower arrangements, noting that products look exactly as pictured on the website and arrive remarkably fresh. People also deeply appreciate the prompt and reliable delivery service, alongside incredibly helpful features like receiving a preview photo of the actual arrangement before dispatch. Some reviewers were not happy with occasional delivery delays or situations where orders failed to arrive on the scheduled date. Additionally, a few customers noted receiving wilted flowers or specific arrangements that did not look as vibrant and robust as advertised online.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I ordered same day peonies and roses to be delivered for an end-of-May birthday in NYC. They texted confirmation of the order and estimated delivery time. They delivered exactly within the 2 hour window they provided. The arrangement was exceptional. I will use them every time now for NYC fresh flower arrangements. Gorgeous flowers.
Beautiful arrangements and available for delivery quickly.
Beyond my expectations! Prompt service and gorgeous flowers.
My daughter really likes peonies and she loved the arrangement
Amazing! And great quality flowers! Very happy and satisfied, easy to order. Great staff.
I asked for red and hot pink Roses. I got a bouquet of washed out looking lilacs and peach colored roses with carnations. I was taken aback.
Hi Judy! You ordered our Abby bouquet which features peach and lavender roses, light pink lisianthus, purple stock, blush carnations, and greenery as outlined on our product page. We want to ensure you are happy so please do reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist with more information!
Loved getting a photo and the flowers were beautiful. The vase was very cool too!
I ordered roses for the birthday of my neice. She loved them. They were delivered promptly and were quite beaustiful
Called at random, got lucky. David was incredibly helpful and professional; the orchids were beautiful and a generous number. My friend is thrilled and is now home and enjoying her flowers. You might check the delivery policy at hospitals, turns out Kaiser on Sunset does not allow flowers in patient rooms.
The flowers and arrangement were exquisite and looked exactly as pictured on website. Liked the ability to customize a vase in lieu of a glass one. Offered specific delivery time slots and kept me and recipient notified in real time as to when and where flowers delivered. Great customer/recipient experience. Highly recommend.
The flowers were beautiful and delivered (as requested) in a timely manner. Loved that an actual photo of the chosen arrangement was sent once it was prepared.
After viewing the arrangements after delivered to a dear friend it was a bit embarrassing that after blooming some quickly died and other stems had not opened, overall sad looking. Given the price and the fact that I had ordered previously (and always extremely pleased) I was surprised to see the arrangement.
Hi Melissa! We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order - absolutely the opposite of what we strive for. Our team reached out via email to learn more & help make this right.
Fast delivery and my girlfriend loved them. Flowers smelt very fresh
I would like to have been informed that the flowers would arrive in bud form.
Hi Veronica, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the bouquet did not meet your expectations. Our arrangements are designed using a combination of focal flowers, accent flowers, and supporting blooms, all of which are included in the stated stem count. While stem-count standards can vary across the floral industry, our stated counts include all flowers used in the arrangement when shopping online, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review.
The options to choose from were beautiful and the recipient of my gift was so impressed by the flowers. And the flowers were delivered without any issues.
Friendly staff and easy to order over the phone. Delivered as promised and well within schedule time.
I ordered from Toronto Canada. Staff were helpful, efficient and polite. The flowers were delivered at the time I chose when ordering and the recipient loved them.
Website was easy to navigate, delivery was spot on, flowers are of exceptional quality and all this was done from a native of the UK using a website for a business located thousands of miles away.
ease of delivery, ease of ordering, and BEAUTIFUL flowers!! They actually looked just like the picture on line.. which is saying a LOT. VERY happy!!
