Very speedy service! The only negative was that these tickets were for my daughter & grandchildren and there was nowhere to state this. As I have paid for them, my name is on the tickets but as I'm not going to Universal studios, I just hope there won't be trouble for my daughter at the gates.

Reviewing customers' online accounts (e.g. facebook, twitter, etc.) is not a professional nor robust fraud prevention strategy. Understood that the product is ripe for fraud in that they could use stolen card #s to order e-tickets. BUT there are preferred ways to protect against this: send a confirmation code to a customer-supplied phone number, which may then be used (via services like EveryoneAPI) to confirm that phone is also tied to the billing address. I like your service and pricing but your fraud prevention method makes your company appear unprofessional and an intrusion of privacy (why should my ticket vendor being looking at my social accounts?!).

Excellent company

Excellent company, bought Universal, JFK Space Centre and Disney tickets from them. Printed Universal at home, picked up the rest from their shop in Orlando. Very quick and efficient. Would definitely use again as cheaper than buying from parks directly.

Official ticket worked for us well

Official ticket worked for us well. Had to make a stop at the actual location to pick up my tickets. That was my only knock on getting tickets here. I was able to get my fast pass ahead of time with a code provided upon purchase. Save time to pick up tickets if purchasing too close to your Florida visit to have anything mailed to you.

I had not realized the ticket would be sent certified and that extra safety was excellent.

According to the USPS tracking info

According to the USPS tracking info, I was supposed to receive these tickets on Nov 12 - however they went "missing" (I had signed up to be notified of it's daily status/location -however I only received a "its on it's way and will be delivered to it's destination" daily response). As this was a unusual USPS response, I suspected my tickets were hijacked and contacted the ticket center. They advised me to be patient till the 19th. They showed up today, Nov 16, unannounced.
