This was a waste of time as we still had to queue up once at Disney World to collect our tickets, which took approx 90 minutes. Although it stated this when we booked, it implied you picked them up from a Ticket Center vendor so it would be quick & easy.
Was at magic kingdom this past weekend the ticket person said he activated my tickets cause we bout them online when we get to the park with our whole birthday party me and my boyfriend was denied access to the park cause they was not active. The lady at the entrance to get in was very rude to us told us to get off the line go back to guest service...with another 45 minutes in line our party already went in the park we got lost hr and a half later we finally met up with our party...the worst experience ever. On top of it all some of ur rides was not working terrible just reallly terrible.
Ok this sounds like you had a very bad experience at Disney and not with our ticket company. Sounds like you all made it into the park, but what happens there is totally out of our power. Sorry to hear you had a bad time...
