I placed 2 orders in a row, paid for shipping for each one and it all came in one package. I also got two each of two of the ornaments and only ordered one but it looks like I was charged for two. Several came without anything to hang them with. Was not happy.

Don't expect a timely delivery no matter what the website indicates. Ordered a gift on 12/09/24 with a delivery time of 1 week. According to the "tracking report" the product bounced around China for 12 days and finally arrived in US on the 24th of December. It has now spent the last 7 days coming from L.A. California to Colorado via several stops in California and Texas

I ordered a customized blanket for my granddaughter. The quality of the blanket was disgraceful! It was so thin you could almost see through it. I was to ashamed to even give it to my granddaughter. VERY POOR QUALITY!! Do not order from this company!!!

Ordered on Dec 11th...promised to get by Christmas. It is Dec 29th and I still have not received my item. It is an ornament and at this point the tree comes down so my son won't even get to enjoy it on the tree...if it ever arrives and isn't a scam. Tracking now says delivery by Thursday Jan 2nd...um I ordered on Dec 11th! Everytime I email customer service, I get the same gwneric response that "we can't cancel your order since its in transit..." however I NEVER once have said cancel. I have been requesting a partial or full refund since since this product has yet to arrive by promised date. Long story short... don't order because this company is based outside the USA and takes forever to ship and does not keep their promise of shipping dates. They also don't provide even ok customer service.
