Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers consistently find the website very easy to navigate, frequently appreciating the extremely helpful customization preview tools and the straightforward ordering process for various items. Many shoppers genuinely enjoy personalizing their unique holiday gifts and discover that the online platform offers a great selection of present ideas. However, some customers also noted that several products appeared completely flat rather than three-dimensional as advertised in the online pictures. Additionally, a few people mentioned that postal shipments took a significantly long time to arrive from overseas and frequently lacked any clear tracking information.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.We bought the Hummingbird Christmas Tree Ornament as the image online made it look like clear resin "crystals". What we got was stickers of Hummingbirds on a clear sheet. Definitely not worth the $$, and not happy at all with the quality. Won't be buying from them again.
Delivery estimate was way off! Supposed to arrive last week. Still not here. Do not trust their delivery promises!!
I ordered a poster in 12/8 and received it by 12/20. It is great quality and exactly how I expected. I did have a hard time contacting the company but would definitely do business with them again!
Never received product. Never got a response from customer service. No phone number. An only email but no response. Spent $40 on a soccer poster. Scam!
Still don’t have item or tracking number and it’s been over two weeks
They say had to remake.. then ghosted me when asking about order. Scammers. Try to track order without pop-ups near impossible.
One big joke of a company. ‘DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY’ Brought a Christmas ornament that looked amazing on the site. But once it was delivered. It turned out to be a cheap flat little piece of plastic. Maybe worth $2. Was charged around $40 for this crap. Company is just a Scam.
I Am disappointed because in the image looks great and seems is a miniature 3D and is only a plastic printed to hang .
Your checkouty
Product shipped from China. Order placed December 1. Christmas gift that will not arrive in time. Buyer beware.
I ordered 4 Christmas ornaments and received four pictures pressed between two pieces of plastic ! These are not the 3 dimensional image that were portrayed on the website. Attempting to obtain a refund and make a return is proving to be very difficult ! What an expensive piece of crap!
After ordering, I received a spam text saying they needed my credit card # for additional postage?? Did not give it. Ordered 10 days ago, no updates, no ornament, to track pkg you have to download shop app. NOT Happy. Sent email to support, waiting on answer.
I haven't received my order yet and I can't seem to find out when it will be delivered.
I’m don’t feel I can rate your service or product if I haven’t received it!! I have had no notice from you since December 3. When will my order be shipped????
I'm try to contact a representative regarding my order. I'm very concerned I will not have my gift for the holiday. I was under the Impression I would have it in time. I placed my order on 12/12/24 I can't seem make contact with anyone for info, or help. Regards Guy
