Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Consumers consistently find the website very easy to navigate, frequently appreciating the extremely helpful customization preview tools and the straightforward ordering process for various items. Many shoppers genuinely enjoy personalizing their unique holiday gifts and discover that the online platform offers a great selection of present ideas. However, some customers also noted that several products appeared completely flat rather than three-dimensional as advertised in the online pictures. Additionally, a few people mentioned that postal shipments took a significantly long time to arrive from overseas and frequently lacked any clear tracking information.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I received the product a couple of days ago but the pattern of the soccer ball on the back side is misaligned and does not look very professional. So I sent an email to the customer support to ask to remake it but they don't even answer.
My first experience. I order some cheerleader key chains. No word yet if my order was received or anything. Just wondering
Product was great and just what I expected, packaging on the other hand was poor and the item arrived creased, company responded by offering solutions on how to remove shipping damage while if they'd provided fit for purpose packaging the product would not of been damaged.Thankfully I managed to rectify the issues.
We placed an order. I checked in the order and there seemed to be some confusion because the website noted it as cancelled. I ordered the product on another site and it was in process. I reached out to this company to make sure the money would be refunded. Seemed to be a misunderstanding but they processed my refund promptly. Much appreciated
Haven’t even received this order yet so can’t possibly rate the experience with this company.
Item never received at our door (we are inside a gate). Vendor says "see photo attached below" but there is no photo.
Still haven’t received my order
Ordered item 11 days ago. When tracking, I found that it is still in China. Hoping to get it by Christmas
The products I ordered were not at all what they showed. It was not a three D ornament. It is a flat resin so small you cannot even read the personlization.
Waiting for it to arrive I emailed and they finally responded saying the postal strike has affected delivery so we will see
Ordered in November, over 2 weeks later - 10 days from Christmas and no information on shipping or arrival. Finally arrived today. May help to improved information on when shipped and arriving.
I never received my product. Extremely disappointed and there is no number to call.
Ordered 2 posters several weeks ago (November 29th), and I haven't heard a word about them. They are Christmas presents for my 2 Grandsons.
Awful. This item is not at all what is represented on the website. On the website it appears to be a cute three-dimensional hand —blown ornament that is personalized. When you get it, it’s a 2 inch flat plastic disc with a picture in the middle. And the name is so small you need reading glasses to see it. The picture online goes as far as to show this thing lighting up. I wish I could put pictures here of what they show and what you actually get. Danger, danger. Do not deal with this company. I spent $33 on two little 2 inch plastic discs that are flat with an unreadable name on them.
Very disappointed in the product. Totally misleading in advertising. The ornament looked like it was a 3D beautiful Christmas Ornament, and it turns out it was just a picture in between two pieces of plastic. Very misleading.
Why on earth do i need download and app to check the shipping status. shipping is very slow.... and now i need a code to submit a review?
Didn’t have a problem at all putting in what I needed
Not sure yet my order says it has arrived but I have not received it! I have reached out so I will see what they do to fix it
I ordered a softball keychain for my granddaughter with her name and team she’s played with for Christmas. The keychain came, you cannot read the name or the team she’s played for, the color is just a washed out picture between some acrylic. Looks nothing like the preview online. Had to go back and forth with their customer satisfaction guarantee first I was offered 10% discount, then 20%,then 30% the last offer was 50% I was tired of going back and forth so I just accepted it. I will not be giving as a gift because it is an embarrassment the only thing it is good for is the garbage. Never again!!!!
