It is simply impossible to get your money back of an anulated trip.The buing is sime but from there you are alone in a Grey and misty cloud.

Super easy to use and, despite a small service fee, this has been a lot less "finicky" than the Italian high-speed train sites.

They only have a bad AI as costumer service and it’s not possible to get help from a real person. Always buy direct from the train companies instead of this scam of a company.
Easy to navigate and book. Will know for sure how well this works once I complete my journey in OCT. I'm optimistic that it will go very well with no problems.
