No contact number or support email! My train was canceled and I can not click refund on the app nor on the site, there is only a stupid chatbot repeating the same thing. Such a scam!!!!

Why not supporting AMEX? it was fine last year... everything else is amazing and quick, just the payment without AMEX for business travelers is painful.

It’s a total scam app. They will never return the fully refundable tickets. I bought 3 tickets in USA which were fully refundable. After cancellation, my amount was not refunded even after 4 months to my account despite i wrote many emails. The best option is to buy tickets direct from train and bus services.
Unfortunately Omio cancelled my return flight. When I requested a refund, I was told to wait after my first flight to complete this request. I would just have to reply to their email. Now my first flight is done. When I reply to the email I get an automated message that the ticket is closed. I now have no way to get a refund. Omio has no contact number or support email as far as I know. The only point of contact is their AI bot, which keeps saying it will connect me to customer support and then 'experiences an error'. I lost my money, although this is 100% Omio's responsibility. Absolutely outrageous.
