I made two separate reservations with this company and experienced the exact same issue both times.
I selected my correct dates, and they remained accurate throughout the entire booking process. However, at the very last step during checkout, the system silently shifted my check-in date to the following day without any notice or confirmation prompt.
Fortunately, I screen-recorded the entire process, so I have undeniable video evidence that I was misled by their system interface.
I’m still waiting for a response from their customer service.

This is not a train ticket marketplace they are a reseller. Which means if anything goes wrong, at all, swapped dates, destinations, delays, the operator cannot assist you.
When my travel plans got messed up, my only recourse was to fully buy a new ticket for my entire route, at hundreds of dollars in extra cost. I contacted Omio in April, no reply until July. Finally in August they said there is no way to help.
FYI: at least for DB, their prices are MUCH HIGHER than the official government service, which is affordable and easy to use, and provides official tickets.
