My experience with One Park Financial has been extremely unprofessional. They contacted me multiple times requesting my July bank statement, had me sign documents, and told me I would receive a response by the next morning. Three days later, I still have not received any update, email, or follow‑up of any kind.
It’s unacceptable for a company to collect sensitive financial documents and then leave clients completely in the dark. No communication, no progress, no accountability. This type of service leaves you feeling misled and blindsided. Based on my experience, One Park Financial does not demonstrate reliability or professionalism.

I do like that the process to be funded is pretty simple but what I don’t like is the interest rate on top of the loan for example, if you get a $8000 loan is possibly subject to a 30 to 50% interest so you’re really paying 13,000 instead of the 8000 and of course that has to do with your credit score and other factors but I feel like regardless of your credit score that interest is crazy high and they should cap it at a maximum of 12% or less just my opinion because of some people are trying to get cushion, not go further into Debt and their business .
I also don’t like the glitch that they sometimes have through the banking verification process because for me, I had to do it three times even after the link said my bank was verified so that was irritation.
And all honestly, I would only recommend taking these type of loans or MCA’s cause that’s pretty much what it is merchant cash advance if you weren’t desperate and out of options, but just make sure that you are in a Financial situation to where you can afford the daily pulls that they do towards the loan.
I also do wish they had weekly and biweekly and or monthly paybacks instead of the daily pulls because that is a stressor but again this should be your last resort and taking out these type of business capital loans.
Other than that, my best advice is don’t take a business council loan unless you desperately need it second do your research and make sure you are in a Financial stability situation to take the loan do not borrow any more than you need.
