I purchased the timer at Lowe’s and had…

I purchased the timer at Lowe’s and had it installed by a landscape irrigation specialist. I followed the directions added the app to my phone and easily programmed the watering stations an and schedule. I like the Internet connectivity and the automatic weather delay. The ability to quickly turn on any station for testing is also an advantage.

My B-hyve Irrigation Controller died on us

I bought a B-hyve Irrigation Controller over a year ago and it stopped working. I called the their help desk and they ran some tests over the phone with me and told me, we’ll need to send you a new one. What great customer service and what a great product. I love that I can turn on/off our controller from basically anywhere and love the smart settings too.

The first time I called I was…

The first time I called I was instructed to conduct my issue through text messaging. It was a total disaster. Three hours of texting and not too much got accomplished, so I gave up because it was 5pm. I was so frustrated so I texted to the representative I've had enough for the day. I called back 6 days later, spoke to a living, breathing, live representative & conducted our business without any problems. I've always believed that talking to a person is the best way to go. It was much better the second day time I called. A response is welcome but not necessary. Thank you
