First of all, we completely understand that severe incontinence following prostate cancer can present challenges that are very different from those experienced by customers with light or moderate leaks. While our current Ultra Absorbent boxer works well for many men, there are situations involving very heavy urinary loss where a higher level of protection may be required. Disposable products such as Depends contain superabsorbent gels and are designed as single-use products. Reusable underwear relies on a different technology, which is why the performance can vary depending on the volume and frequency of leaks. Your feedback is particularly valuable because it highlights exactly why we have been working on a new product for several months. We are currently preparing the launch of our Maximum Absorbency boxer, specifically designed for men with severe incontinence. This new model offers approximately twice the absorbency of our current boxer and is intended for customers whose needs go beyond what our existing range can provide. It is already available for pre-order on our website. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the additional pad.
