Because we manufacture and sell intimate garments designed for people living with incontinence, hygiene and customer safety must remain our highest priority.
For this reason, we made the decision to refuse returns once products have been opened or handled. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that are brand new, hygienic, and safe to wear.
Regarding the appearance of our boxer briefs, the absorbent area is intentionally thicker than regular underwear because it contains the layers required to provide effective protection against urinary leaks. This additional protection is what allows the product to absorb and retain moisture throughout the day.
That said, if your needs involve only occasional light leaks rather than moderate or heavy incontinence, our Light Leaks boxer may be a better option. It is specifically designed for men who experience small leaks from time to time and features a much thinner absorbent lining, making it look and feel much closer to traditional underwear while still providing discreet protection.

I purchased their incontinence briefs with a buy 4 get 2 free based on an ad that stated 60 guarantee. I opened the shipping package and tried 1 and for me, the product did not work as I always felt wet and uncomfortable.
I e-mailed the company about receiving a refund and was willing to pay for the 1 pair I tried with the other still in their unopened packing.
Response from Alice was... as the shipping packing was opened we cannot accept returns. I tried multiple e-mails to no avail.
So they advertise a guarantee on their ad, which I clicked on and did not take my to terms of the guarantee. Then I am told that opening the shipping package does not permit them to accept returns for anything that was shipped. I have never seen such a misrepresentation and fake guarantee in my life.
I had great hopes for this product based on the reviews and it may work for you, but am highly suspect as to the validity of the reviews.
In my opinion, this is not an honest or ethical company and would stay away!!!!
So I just received a response clarifying their guarantee, which you can see. When I made my purchase they had a yellow box on their FB and that simply said 30 guarantee. It did not say subject to terms and conditions or take you to a disclosure. The company response is a sham as is this company. All of their briefs are sent in separate packaging, yet when you open the delivery package that voids the warranty, as far as I am concerned this is not an ethical way of doing business. I would have been fine paying the cost for the 1 opened pair, but reasonably expected a refund on the rest. My opinion is poor customer service and sham guarantee! Still… stay away!

Because our products are intimate garments, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or tested. In the past, we did accept returns of unopened pairs, but unfortunately we received a significant number of returns containing products that had already been worn. For hygiene and safety reasons, we made the decision to strengthen our return policy to protect both our customers and our team.
Our priority is ensuring that every customer receives brand-new underwear that has never been worn. We believe this is the safest and most responsible approach for everyone.
Regarding your experience with the product itself, it is possible that your level of incontinence requires a higher absorbency than our current model provides. We are currently preparing the launch of a new maximum-absorbency boxer specifically designed for heavier incontinence. This new model offers approximately twice the absorbency of our current version and is already available for pre-order on our website.
We understand that Orykas may not be the right solution for every individual, but we remain committed to improving our products and helping as many people as possible find a comfortable and dignified alternative to pads and diapers.

I'm not a compulsory review writer so the fact that I am completing this review is a strong indicator of my satisfaction.
My experience with the on-line examinination and selection of style, size, colour and price was anxiety free, pretty good for an old codger.
The only irritation was the delivery time which I attributed to the Middle East turmoil. Still, I received my goodies in a little over 2 weeks, I think.
I have now worn and washed the product and I must declare that it has exceeded my expectations in terms of textile quality, snug fit and overall look.

I bought the carry bag wash bag and six pairs of boxers. All excellent quality I am genuinely staggered by just how comfortable these are. I have prostrate cancer and tend to dribble occasionally, these are perfect for dealing with it. I can highly recommend these for anybody dealing with similar issues.

The product did not work for me. I have been incontinent
for more then 10 years. I think the product is overpriced. Further more there customer service first said I could return what I didn't open and then said no. I am not impressed with them at all.

Orykas underwear has been a game changer for my husband!! He is a very active person who had his prostate removed years ago. He runs, bikes and hikes, and had been doing so (somewhat uncomfortably!) wearing a pad until discovering Orykas! He is thrilled with his new freedom, and says they are extremely comfortable! This company is fake. The reviews are fake and I have not received my order yet. Every time I contact them they explain it’s on its way. I contact United States Postal Service and they have no tracking number of that sort when they said it is in Chicago post office everything about it is fake please I spent $175. Don’t let them get you. They also state there in Florida. And they’re not backed up by the Better Business Bureau they took from seniors on a fixed income, Everything about it is a lie.

I purchased several pair of Oryiks special underwear. They are comfortable and have ample absorbent padding. They are easy to launder in the regular wash and dryer with my other clothes. They far surpass the comfort and absorbency of another brand that was highly rated on Amazon. I’ll be buying Orykas again when needed. Right now I’ve got 6 pair.

At first, I was skeptical about this product. I initially ordered two and tried them out. I was surprised to experience how comfortable they are, and how they basically do a good job. I did find the unit price a bit pricey, and discovered that the provided small additional absorbent pad felt out pretty easily. However, I did decide to order five more - and know have a seven day set of washable absorbent boxers. Better than pads, and hopefully a bit more earth friendly.
I was amazed at the amount of area coverage. I have not yet had a need for them but I'm confident that any leakage would be absorbed without being visible to anyone. I also was very happy with the size.
Quality is excellent. Unfortunately an xl was ordered and delivered but it's not the same as a standard xl uk size and too tight for my husband. He has dementia and I'm hoping he will forget and try them again. He has worn one pair when they first arrived, so I'm hoping he'll try again.
I was doubtful at first but after a wore them for a couple of days, I really have confidence in them. Now I can go out and not worry about leaking anywhere.
