On the 25/2/25 I began a return process of some poorly made mens clothing, very cheap material, it didnt look anything like the photos and the sizing was terribly inconsistent. On the 3/4/25 they agreed to return my money. Today is 15/5/25 and I still havent received my money back. I have contacted customer service multiple times since the return was initiated and have been informed to continue waiting. I would not buy from this company even if you think its a really good deal.
I bought a mens blazer and the quality is terrible. It is a black jacket with burgundy stitching. It looks like a really bad costume for a kids school play. The material is horrible - thin and flimsy. The buttons are plastic. It is totally unwearable and will go in the trash.
Very slow shipping, no stock, all comes from China. But this is not a surprise and I don't complain about this. I complain about the theft that the delivery companies do when you order from OUKU. They use the most cheapest, most unreliable companies to make more money and due to this fact your packages come up with "Delivered" but no proof of delivery has been signed, nobody checks where, and to whom. So my package is marked delivered without me having it. There is no live agent support, you are on your own. I suggest call the bank, get them blocked and never order from them.
I ordered pink shoes for a special occasion outfit the shoes they sent were peach. Not suitable. Even though I sent a photo showing pink shoes up against theirs they still did not accept that they were the wrong colour. To send them back I was expected to pay the postage to China. I'm now stuck with a pair of useless shoes and no refund. Please beware of this company as not helpful. I definitely ordered from this company although they are declining this. They took my money from PayPal in March. I was taking this up with PayPal but left it to late to reply, so case was closed. Firstly they said the colour was ok. I then sent another photo with them up against a friend's pink shoes that clearly showed they were the wrong colour. No response.
Saw a white cardigan advertised on Pinterest, but on delivery found it was poor quality, baggy, and it looks a sight when worn. Very disappointed, and found it impossible to get the details to send it back.
