Took forever to arrive. I thought I was buying chairs for $240nAUD. Turns out they were chair covers!! My bad for not reading the description properly but the covers are a cheap knock-off of IKEA but IKEA sell you the whole chair for the same price. There is nobody to talk to when it comes to enquiries. Just FAQ's that take you around in circles.

I only put 1 star because there’s no way to put NIL. Bought a pair of shoes, UK size 6, they sent a pair at least 2 sizes too big. When I told them, they requested a picture of my dominant foot with a ruler at the side ( glad I didn’t buy underwear). After I sent the picture they asked if I wanted to keep the shoes and receive a 20% discount!! ( who am I ? Coco the 🤬clown!!) I’ve sent them back at my expense at a cost of over £34. Absolute scammers and charlatans. Steer well clear

Ordered a pair of mens sandals size UK 6 at a cost of over £95. Arrived, were a size 8 at least, messaged them and they asked for a picture of one of my feet with a ruler at the side 😱😱😱. Sent, they admitted they were wrong, offered me 20% off the price or a 40% discount off of another item, I declined so they’ve asked me to return them at my expense with a sticker on saying “ returned goods”. Of course this will probably allow for them to be “ lost in transit”. Steer well clear

DO NOT order from this site. I ordered and paid almost £300. I then got A charge of £75 which was in small Print. Then when the order came It was the wrong one. Customer service awful, it's like a BOT not a real person. Even the print that came looked Totally different. I ordered from OUKU, was billed by another Company then when it got Delivered it was in a package From light in the box . Had I known they were Involved the purchase would not have been made
Ordered 3 linen shirts in XXL
Ordered 3 linen shirts in XXL Cancelled one due to stock issues. Two delivered in 5XL but they are most definitely not linen and certainly not worth 10% of the price paid. Really poor poor quality material (probably polyester). Cut and stitching really not what i expected. They are not willing to provide refund and since products are shipped direct from China the return shipping is ridiculously expensive. £75 wasted. Lesson learned. Buy locally in future. Won't be using Ouku again.
