I brought one sofa cover 2 month ago the cost is 219 euro more transportation 50 euro all together 269 I paid from my accounts n when that came horrible it’s like a paper n I asked them for refund my money they said to me to back that sofa cover n I back that cover paying 50 euro again I spend that money for trash. They just sending me that they will pay with ten day. But that 10 days really pass many days such a schame don’t trust with them

Return options are dismal. First you pay the shipping back to Asia. Then your only offered store credit. They might offer you 20% back and you keep the item. The reiterate how if its not basically in perfect condition they will offer you nothing. Of course they should offer to send you a shipping label and deduct the shipping form the refund. I will not ever order from them again. Sometime the sweater in my care is strongly long and the color does not look at all like the picture-lots light blue yet it clearly appeared dark blue sweater hoodie. A total loss for me.
