The goods posted are not similar to the ordered product. What I got is an industrial waste.

No product, no refund offered

I’ve just been informed that my product will not arrive and been offered only an exchange and not a refund. There is no obvious way to even claim the refund. Would never buy from this site again.

The item is too small

The item is too small. I measured based on the product page. I received the item. I tried to return it, but they are not allowing me to return the item.

I ordered 3 pairs of ladies’ shorts well over a week ago. The money went instantly from my account. I haven’t even had an email of confirmation yet so not even an order number - so almost impossible to track.

Ouku smart watch faulty

I brought a smart watch on line from Ouku, when it arrived on the 16/01/25 i put the app on my phone and charge the watch. It was working well for two weeks, then it stop charging and the watch will not work. I have tried to send emails to them, but the email is not recognised. I have tried to send it back by there policy, to return it, but it will not connect. I can only take that this company is a scam

I have ordered three items

I have ordered three items, two hoodies (about 20€ each) and a synthetic leather jacket (about 70€), all in XL size. The hoodies turned out to be okay in size, but the jacket was far too small, although labelled with XL. It was completely out of their size chart, smaller than the size S. Returning would cost me about 50€ (post expenses to China) without any guarantee that the would refund, so I have chosen to get 60% money refund. So, at the end I have two hoodies for the total price of 68€ (too high for their quality) and a little kids jacket to lay around. Do not recommend to deal with this company.

I ordered a fleece before Christmas…

I ordered a fleece before Christmas still not received it then received an email saying wrong address details given because I didn’t respond within 7 days they allegedly destroyed my parcel this is not acceptable they have now offered 80% refund after I responded within the time reporting them with trading standards I do not recommend this company at all

Hate the product, hate their pushy spam

I am tall and find it difficult to get pants long enough, but I always take care to study the measurements in listing, and often buy size up, just to make sure the length is going to be OK. The tights I bought supposed to be 107cm from waist to the bottom = ankles. They are more like 102cm. I could not be bothered trying to return them, gave them to somebody shorter. BUT they keep sending me messages telling me that as I loved their leggings so much I should be buying more. NO! They are rather ordinary, expensive for what they are, and are TOO SHORT. I have unsubscribed several times, or at least tried to, but their system is rather confusing; I was not sure if I am selecting what communication I do not want them to send me or what I do want. But either way the spam keeps coming.

I really liked the product

I really liked the product, but as with all of these Chinese companies, the sizes run very small, so I have to exchange it. Their Shipping Charge was expensive (18.99 for a men's jacket), and Return Shipping is also going to be expensive because I have to repackage it (No Invoice or paperwork) and send it back to China.

Don't get sucked in ,once they have your money , there is always an excuse , why your itim can not be delivered , even when you have a tacking No. Have wasted so much time on emails , have a polite and strong last email , then next call credit card .

Ho acquistato una camicia, il prodotto non era conforme nel colore e nel tessuto, oltretutto è arrivato con tempi lunghi il doppio del previsto. Non rispondono alle mail. Pessimi!! I purchased a shirt, the product was not compliant in color and fabric, moreover it arrived twice as long as expected. They don't respond to emails. Terrible!!

Shipping cost is very high

I was shocked to see it costs $49 to ship eight t-shirts! They charge shipping for each individual shirt.
