I placed an order for different gifts for my lady and when we got to the check out 3 of the colors I chose were not the colors on the order - and I could not figure out how to go back and correct them. Also, there was an unexplained charge for $49.00 that I couldn’t question without cancelling my entire order and starting over . Since we are so close to Xmas I just said screw it and placed the order anyways. Also, I didn’t see anyway to pay more to get the order shipped faster . Not a happy customer, so the product better be really worth it , or I’ll just return everything and get my money back
I really wish I could give no stars. I don't know if someone is using your pictures to sell items or what's going on. The shirt i received was trash. Looked like it was made in an 8th grade home economics class for beginners. I'm highly disappointed in what I received. Looks nothing like what was advertised. This seems to be a scam. Everyone beware of this site. The merchandise is garbage. False advertisement at its best. Wrong size and everything. Customers beware.
I ordered my dress November 7th for my birthday party which is this coming weekend. As of November 24th, it says processing. It still has not shipped yet. It says it was going to be delivered November 17-28th. I pray it was shipped and maybe they didn't update the tracking. I thought I ordered it early enough. And everything is decorated around these colors. I feel like I have to find another dress at the last minute.
Product received not as advertised. I ordered a cotton/linen mens shirt & when received the tag stated cotton/polyester. I have tried to contact them but there is no way to do so if you have an issue with the product. Very poor customer service if you have any issue at all.
