WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THS COMPANY!!! Took two weeks to get the items I ordered! Material is cheaply made and quality very poor. I asked for a refund, and was told that I only had seven days to request a refund. Their website says 14 days. I had contacted them on day 12 as I went on my vacation and once I got back from vacation, wanted to return the items. Be careful when choosing to order from them. The items are shipping from Asia so it takes a long time to receive customer. Service is terrible.

Item ordered 2nd August
SCAM WARNING 2 belts were ordered on or around 2nd August. They still not arrived by 21st August. I live on a large property alone, and I am over 1 km from my nearest neighbour, who is on a different road. I spoke with customer support, who advised that the item had already been delivered on 18th August. They suggested I talk with other family members and check if my neighbours had collected it for me. When I told them I lived alone and was the only house in my street, they could not seem to get their head around that, I then asked for either a location or proof of delivery, and I was told they had looked into it - and "yes", they said it had been delivered and I should now contact the courier company directly they used to follow up. I quoted the tracking ID from their email to the courier company, which advised that they had no record of receiving any package from OUKU. I am escalating this through PayPal to investigate it as a fraudulent transaction. My STORY CONTINUES The following Reply from OUKU Customer Support has been received overnight, along with a partial refund advice from PayPal. I originally purchased 2 x men's belts for $80.36 AUD with free shipping. Today I received a refund from PayPal as they had deducted the amount of their insurance. I have never authorised any insurance on these items. Additionally, I have received no benefit from this insurance. Below I have listed the email they have sent me. 2024-08-26 05:55 NEW REPLY Dear Len Forsyth, We extend our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. It appears that your shipment may be held by customs or lost during transit. In light of this, we will provide you with a full refund for your order, excluding insurance costs. AUD 41.03 You can expect to receive the refund in your PayPal account within 1-3 business days. Just in case the package was found and shipped to you later, please kindly help to refuse to receive the package, and it will go back to us. I live alone on a large property (the size of a small inner-city suburb), and I am the only house on Blackheath Road. My nearest occupied neighbours are over 1 kilometre from my home on a different road. I am unsure how you can claim this product has "already been delivered", primarily when the courier company claims no record of the Tracking ID (TID 103026061). By simply entering the address I have already supplied into Google Chrome, I am provided with an image of the front gate of my property and the driveway to my home. I have already had several other orders from OUKU delivered to my address in the past - (so I wonder why this order should be any more difficult to deliver). So unless you can provide me with photographic proof of the delivery of this order to my address, I will have to raise this matter with my credit card processor as a fraudulent order that has not been delivered and seek a full refund.
