I ordered yellow knit shoes in a size…

I ordered yellow knit shoes in a size 9, and the box said "9". However, the shoes inside were a "41"!!! I reordered, and you said they had been delivered. Yes, I did receive the original, incorrect order. Now I am trying again! Please check shoe size!!!!

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed. The two overshirts I ordered bear very little resemblance to the online photos. The style, colour and fabric are all different (and inferior to) the garments pictured. Rather than return them at my own considerable expense, I have thrown them in the bin. I will never trust OUKU again!

Would not accept my CHASE debit card.....

For some strange reason, after I entered my debit card info and double checked it, your system said my card did not support this type of purchase! Which is very odd as I use this same card on Amazon all the time with no issues!!

It says you take discover but you wouldn't accept my card. You are also pricey for shipping.

Package lost, no refund, no cooperation – full case with proof

I ordered from OUKU.com in February 2025. On March 11, the tracking said "delivered" – but I never received anything. No package, no signature, no contact. I contacted Austrian Post and even the national postal regulator (RTR). They confirmed that OUKU, as the sender, is the only party authorized to file an official investigation – or to authorize me to do so on their behalf. I sent OUKU all the documentation, including the official form from RTR. They refused to act. Instead, they kept sending circular replies, asking me to get documents I have no legal right to obtain. They ignored every legal route to resolve the case. Buy at your own risk – if something goes wrong, you're on your own. UPDATE (April 2025): After a long process, I can confirm that OUKU has refunded the full amount (excluding insurance). The money has arrived in my account, and the case is now officially closed. This does not change the fact that I faced significant delays, repeated refusals, and lack of cooperation — until I made the issue public. But in the end, I appreciate that they decided to resolve it. I’m sharing this update because I believe that transparency works both ways — when something goes wrong, we should speak up, and when it’s fixed, we should also acknowledge it.

Worst store ever! Bad product, and painful return process

The dress I ordered was not at all as advertised in the pictures. I requested to have the dress returned, but the customer service kept asking to keep the dress and get 20%, 40% of the price as store credit (The percentage amount kept increasing as I insisted on returning it). It took me 49 euros to send it back (had to use a traditional package shipment), and I have no idea whether they'll drag the process even longer by insisting on offering the store credit, etc. I will never use this store ever again. Worst and most painful shopping experience of my life.

I thought I had ordered a one piece sofa cover. When it arrived it is a cushion cover.

I am very disappointed

I am very disappointed ! I bought a sun dress which is described as cotton linen. When it arrived I found it is a cheap copy of the dress made of synthetic material. I am waiting to hear back from the customer service and hoping they will refund me. They should not state the wring material on their website
