I noticed my battery getting worse and…
I noticed my battery getting worse and worse on my Oura ring 4, but never really thought much of it. Today i got a warning saying I only have 23hr battery left at 47%. So I opened up an AI chat in the app, at 10pm on a saturday!!!!, within what felt like 3 minutes, I have a new ring on the way. I have never seen customer service, or an AI chat this good, ever.
When I bought this ring slightly less than a year ago, I actually didn't even order an Oura ring 4. I ordered a 3 but it got stolen on the way, so they upgraded me to a 4 free of charge. Well done Oura for your outstanding customer service.
I had a positive experience, the process with smooth communication was clear, and my issue with my Oura ring was resolved quickly.
The replacement process was easy, and everything was handled professionally.

AMAZING customer service! I had a fairly old and beat up Oura ring, which one day started having quite sudden battery issues. I was getting ready to buy a new one, but I chatted with their support chat. They ran diagnostics and within minutes they shipped out a new replacement! Absolutely incredible I really didn't even dream of that happening!

Love my Oura 4 ring
Love my Oura 4 ring. Purchased 11 months ago. Ring recently developed a fault and needed charging everyday. Contacted Oura via the app. Within 5 mins they confirmed the battery fault and arranged for a replacement to be dispatched. Like for like replacement arrived less than 24 hours after first contact with Oura. Not just exceptional customer service but customer service how it should be. Would highly recommend the Oura rings before this but even more so now.
