I’ve been trying to figure out when my order will be delivered.
It read
my tracking number is incorrect and the 800 number is pathetic, I was given a number from an operator who said she would connect me with someone who would help me track my package.
The number was disconnected! So thanks for nothing! It’s been over two weeks since I placed my order.

This review is for the Simple Plush Bedding set. This product is attractive looking and is very soft and comfortable. Unfortunately there were few small defects in the material. Additionally the sizing is a bit misleading. I ordered a Queen Size Set. The actual size, while sized with the same dimensions for a queen mattress it is actually quite a bit small for covering the bedding. There is almost no overhang on the sides. It just sits flat on the queen mattress. Even with the King size on a Queen bed you will only get a 3” overhang. Maybe an inch more with a thin duvet. Definitely not as pictured on the site. Ownkoti has a typical return policy but it requires overseas shipping . If you decide to buy, I would definitely recommend sizing up.

Been waiting 6 plus weeks for a simple delivery. Something special for my birthday has been a nightmare to deal with. Pick any other site, seriously. I’m beginning to think this website is a complete scam.

I bought pyjamas for my daughter's 26th birthday and she loves them!
Was a bit nervous about sizing, as Asian sizes are generally smaller (she's a size 10 Australian). Got the Medium and they fit her perfectly. She hasn't washed them yet so not sure about shrinkage.
The cotton was soft and has that typical Japanese weave which feels light and breathable. Great for lounging around in and feeling a bit more 'dressed up' than flannel or jersey pj's.
Her older sister asked for the website as she now wants to order herself some.

I ordered a bedspread from Ownkoti, and it is incredibly beautiful and of high quality. It looked like the ordering picture, so I was not disappointed at all. With so many scams out there--this company delivered what they promised, and I received it within 2 weeks from ordering. I am very happy. I highly recommend this company.

Ownkoti gives the impression that it is a Japanese company but when you receive the products they are very clearly Chinese. The quality and designs are OK. The delivery took weeks. The products are bundled and taped together tightly, then wraped in a black bag that looks like a bin liner so it looks like it came from a market stall.
I ordered 2 sets, one for myself and another as a gift but the presentation is definitely not gift worthy.

After seeing the prints for the bedspreads (love the gingko) I purchased 2. I love both of them - the weight and drape of the fabric is beautiful. I have washed one and it laundered great. I was slightly disappointed that the pillow shams that came with one of them did not exactly match the coloring on the bedspread. It did take a little time for them to arrive since they are shipped internationally.
I have just ordered a robe for a friend. I accidentally put the wrong house number on the delivery address. Customer service responded quickly and corrected my mistake before it shipped.
Overall, a great experience with this company! I will recommend to friends.

I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with my Ownkoti Large Ginkgo Leaf Cotton Kimono Pajamas. The fabric is even more gorgeous in reality than in the photographs. It’s woven, not printed and feels wonderful!
I also appreciate your shipping to the United States; once here, your service partners with the US Post Office, which allows some degree of tracking, which is very comforting!

After a lot of to and fro they have refunded me at last. I had to point out UK Consumer Law to get there but we got there. Given this I have upped the review to 3 stars as the other item I ordered is really nice. Such a pity initial response was so woeful, else it would have been 5 stars. I am not deleting the review as they requested because that defeats the object of sites like this!
Sent a set of pyjamas. They are 3cm too short. Company admits there is a fault and offered me 15% discount, or pay £15 postage for another pair. Finally I could have a refund but would have to pay return postage.
I have pointed out the under the UK Consumer Rights act faulty products should be refunded in full with the customer not having to pay for the goods or return costs. If they continue I will raise a dispute with my credit card company.
Shame for Ownkoti as this was a test purchase which I would have followed up with an order for towels and bed linens but given this attitude my custom will go elsewhere - buyer beware!

I accept they say that there can be a variance on the details of the product but 3cm is not an acceptable tolerance and suggests very shoddy manufacturing. What clothing works with a 3cm tolerance and how can you buy a product on that basis?

Immediate response from Customer Service when shipping glitch developed. Not only prompt, but polite. They ignored their own terms and fixed the issue (and more!) BEFORE replying to my initial email, so that I had a solution before I got their reply! Their bedspreads, fabrics, pyjama designs are unique and so well crafted, I use them as outer wear also, and get soooo many compliments.
