I ordered the Vintage Leaf Cotton Gauze Kimono Robe, feels budget rather than a quality item. (not yet washed), the sizing is extremely small. I'd ordered the Large, I'm a uk 16-18, and the L was approximately a size 12-14.
They gave me several options, so I kept the L and gifted it to a friend, but was able to order the XL for a further £15 for postage. The XL which is meant to be a 20-22 was approximately a neat 16. The sizing of these items is way out. I'd advise go up at least 2 sizes if you want a regular fit and if your above a size 16 don't bother.

I ordered a bed spread and shams. I don’t have any idea what the fabric is but I do know it is absolutely NOT cotton. It’s some type of synthetic. The fabric label is in Chinese. The shams are not shams. It’s a single layer of fabric. There is no pocket for the pillow. This company is ridiculous. Don’t do it.

I had a difficulty where i ordered the wrong size initially (entirely my mistake). Ownkoti was extremely helpful fixing this issue for me and was very kind, going above and behondto help me thru their customer service emails and send me a replacement

Ordered two items one month ago. Finally one item arrived and it is the wrong item. Picture of the item that is still in the works is also the wrong item.
Company tries to pass itself off as a U.K. company, but it is Chinese.
Holding my breath as to whether I’ll get my money back.
In response to their standard reply. I have reached out via email already and have not heard from them.

I ordered a comforter cover that was much lighter than the picture. There was no way to return it but the company did offer me two beautiful kimonos instead and I am quite happy with them.

I have purchased two of these beautiful quilts. I absolutely love them. The second one I ordered was delivered to the wrong address. I didn’t receive it. I emailed the company. I talked with the delivery company. Ownkoti promptly sent me one. So happy with this product and company ❤️

I had ordered a robe that was 'one size' and unfortunately it was too small so I contacted customer service. Communication was amazing and so kind, they offered me a few different options and I selected that I would like to exchange. The process was effortless and we received the new robe in their larger size so quickly and it's so beautiful! The fabric is soft and light and the robe looks amazing on! Highly recommend Ownkoti and we will absolutely be ordering more!

The product was not as shown, was supposed to be a bedspread but is as thin as a tablecloth. It was supposed to include 2 items that it didn't. The return process is onerous and they deduct 15% refund fee. I can't believe I didn't read reviews before buying. by the way here's the return address:

I ordered a duvet set and then tried to order coordinating sheets. the colors did not match and I emailed Ownkoti to request a refund. they asked for pictures, which I sent. they promptly sent the coordinating sheets and pillow case at no additional charge. They were prompt in their responses and I would use them again!
