ownkoti refuse to honour cancellation & refund policy
I ordered three front opening pieces of nightwear from ownkoti recently, mistakenly thinking they were shipping from the UK. The garments were needed for a stay in hospital but it wasn't until I read reviews that I realised they would be shipping from China and I then realised they would not arrive in time for the surgery. The company policy on the website states if the order has not shipped you can cancel and a full refund will be given. I made my order on 22-April and cancelled on 23-April. The website confirms my order hasn't shipped, emails from ownkoti confirm my order still hasn't shipped yet I am now on my third request over 4 days for cancellation and refund and Ownkoti are refusing to honour their online policy. I have even explained that I have breast cancer and needed the items urgently for a fast approaching surgery and as they will not arrive in time I need to cancel on this occasion. They have completely ignored everything I have said and instead just keep responding with offers of discounts on the garments. This is not about getting a discount - I just needed the nightwear for hospital and recovery and due to time constraints ended up getting them somewhere else. Please ownkoti, honour your cancellation policy and issue the refund.

The colors of the bedspread were dull and dim, not like the image. The fabric was rough to the touch. The policy of making purchasers pay for shipping and insurance punishes buyers as the company is much further away than it appears to be. I advise others to check the return policy before buying from this company and carefully check the reviews.
In there reply the company said on Trust Pilot that they cannot find my order. I sent them the order number and they have emailed confirmations and shipping. I don't know why they cannot find my order in their own email chain.

Ownkoti states on their website that they are based in NC and only after your order is placed, you find out they are actually based in China. I ordered two nightgowns, one for me and the other for a friend, my friend received hers but mine hasn’t arrived after one month. I have emailed back and forth with customer service over 10 times and they just keep repeating that my friends’ order was delivered, when it’s my order that is missing. They do not fully read emails to understand the issue but simply respond with some pleasantry and never address the issue. I regret ever doing business with them!

I’m not an easy customer some would put me in the difficult column. From the loungewear, I purchased to the leather wastebasket so tremendously pleased with both. If one of your concerns is the distance don’t be. It’s worth the wait and the wait no worse than a snowstorm in Tennessee.

I saw Ownkote's ad on social media. I rarely order from social media sites, but found a nightgown that was so unusual and pretty, I braved it and ordered. I'm so very pleased with the results. The color is beautiful and the fit is perfect and comfortable. I ordered a Medium. It was even a bit roomy, which is what I want for a nightgown. So cute, I could wear it as a dress! Well -made with soft cotton. I suspect the dark color will fade, so I will wash in cold water as recommended and line dry. I like unusual things-this is Asian in style and special.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The items take some time to receive, but absolutely worth the wait! I purchased a quilt that was not only unique and beautiful, but it was quality I have not seen in a long time. The size I got ended up being too small for my bed. I emailed the company and they replied within 24 hours with a more than fair resolution. I recommend this company 100%!

I ordered a beautiful queen sized comforter from Ownkoti but it was too small for my queen sized bed. I notified Ownkoti representatives and the comforter was quickly replaced within a couple weeks with a king sized comforter. The representatives are extremely professional, courteous and trustworthy. I was amazed that Ownkoti representatives honored their word of replacing the queen sized comforter with a king sized one within a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciate the staff at ownkoti...they restored my faith in purchasing items on line. I initiated contact with Ownkoti on 3 April and I received the king sized comforter by 16 April. If I did not know better, I would describe Ownkoti as a trustworthy friend; however I know it is a company. I will continue ordering products from them based on my amazing experience.

The pajamas arrived quickly but the wrong size was sent. I reached out to customer service and received an immediate reply. I sent photos of the labels and they again responded right away and corrected the issue at no cost to me. I'm excited for my correct size to arrive because I really like the pajamas. My order for a pajama set was sent, but was lost in traveling to my city. I wrote and asked for tracking or replacement, but was informed that they were out of my size. I also received a curtain that I had ordered; it is beautiful and I love it. I finally asked for a refund and they promptly sent it. So the problem I had was not supply but delivery. Ordered a bedding set for my granddaughter. Had a bit of a mishap with shipping but customer service was very attentive, concerned, and helpful. I purchased a pair of pajamas and I ordered them in XL because I like pajamas to be loose. When I opened the package I was excited that the colors were just as gorgeous as advertised. I was disappointed that the fabric was not as soft as expected but the real problem was the sizing; they are cut quite small. Based upon the XL I ordered, I would need a 2 or 3 XL in this product (I wear size US 14 pants and those are typically a bit loose).
