We’re really sorry for the frustration and delays you've experienced. We completely understand how important this custom painting of your dog is to you. We did send out the revised version you approved, and records show it was delivered. While international shipping and customs can sometimes cause unexpected delays that are unfortunately beyond our control, we still issued a full refund to make things right because we truly value you as a customer and care about your experience with us.

First and foremost, we're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. We absolutely understand how upsetting it is when a package is marked as delivered but hasn’t actually been received — and even more so when you don’t hear back right away. While shipment and delivery tracking are managed by third-party couriers and sometimes fall outside of our control, we want to reassure you that we always stand by our customers when something goes wrong. Once we became aware of the issue, we stepped in and sent a full replacement package, even though the original tracking showed it was delivered — and we did so at our own cost, because your satisfaction means more to us than the loss. We're also glad to see you later confirmed that the second package did arrive. We truly regret that your first impression was anything short of excellent, and we’re grateful you gave us the chance to make things right.
