Help for a difficult problem.
I don't know how I got so fortunate to find Parts Dr but I am thankful I did. I found the part I needed but was not certain it was right. It looked right but I did the online chat and gave the model numbers for my appliance, and the one I was trying to replace. They confirmed for me I had the right part and I ordered it. The part was here so fast and I can't thank Parts Dr enough. I will be back next time I need anything. Thank you.
Highly recommend these guys
Easy to use and there are good pictures of the parts you need. I love how they make such helpful and in-depth videos showing how to troubleshoot your problem. The video is even linked in the parts search area, kind of. It was easy to find. Highly recommend.
Great service
Great service! I received my part the next day with regular shipping charge. The part was an identical original factory part (magnetron for a Jenn-Air microwave). I had a handy friend assist me and we had the repair finished in 1 hour. It would have been even faster except one screw would have been easier to remove had we had an angle screwdriver. Cost of part with shipping, $210 compared with over $2000 to replace. Very simple repair!

Website was easy to navigate. Found part immediately. There had been a slight change in the parts "look" and I was informed of this and agreed that it was the correct part before ordering. I was also given the option to chat if I wanted to do that. I'm excited to get the replacement part so I don't have to buy a whole new dishwasher.
GREAT Experience
GREAT online experience with Parts Dr. and they had the Best competitive price too! -AND- The replacement part was Ordered and Received in 3 Days! I Especially Appreciated the "Does It Fit My Model" input window. I Looked online for a Maytag 2005 Model Pantry End Cap Kit by Whirlpool OEM which included the Left & Right Sides. It was an Improved Part per the past breakage on the lid pins that pivots the drawer's cover. My fridge lasted 20 years before the one side pin finally broke -though I was quite aware of the poor original design by Maytag. I checked ALL the other competitors part's companies and found that the kit wasn't available, not reliable per reviews, or overpriced by $8 to $20+ more. The shipping fees varied + or - a few $$ between companies too. Thank you!
