The part they sent was twisted and…
The part they sent was twisted and didnt fit appliance. It was going to be 160 to return a part that cost 128, but they offered no suggestions or help amd will not accept a return to them in person!!

Unfortunately, return shipping costs for large items like a freezer drawer can be expensive, and we do not have control over the rates set by the carriers. We do recommend checking with multiple carriers to find the best rate. Our warehouse is not set up to accept in person returns at this time.

Had to replace the hinges on my Maytag…
Had to replace the hinges on my Maytag dishwasher. They were bent from the door being stepped on. I ordered new ones on 2/14/26 and they arrived a couple of days later. It was difficult getting the bent hinges off, but the new ones were easy to install. Back in business.
Parts Dr had the parts in stock, reasonable prices, reasonable shipping cost.

Super-fast delivery and genuine GE parts
First time customer, and I was so impressed that I order twice this week. One time for my GE Monogram microwave, and another time for my GE oven/range. They shipped the same day I ordered, and I got the first item in two days, and the second one came the next day. Prices and shipping seem reasonable and very competitive. The items received were genuine GE replacements and packaged perfectly. I really like their website as well, especially being able to save my appliances for future reference. I can go to my profile and within in a couple of clicks I can see all the parts available for each appliance.
I will definitely be coming back when I'm looking for appliance parts.
