I ordered a ring and the design was absolutely stunning, and quality was amazing. The Pascal team is great when it comes to updating you on what stage your piece has reached. However, my ring ran a bit too snug for my liking and I contacted the return team and they were kind and quick enough to get on my case and also provided me answers to the question I had. The service was impeccable and I would definitely buy from them again.

True testament here!! I literally emailed because I needed a gift box for 3 of the items I ordered. Molly also informed me that the watches ordered were out of stock, giving me options to receive my order fully or partially. Before I made my decision ahead of time provided me with a time frame to help me decide and I can only appreciate that. I will be back to leave another review once I receive my items. Outstanding Customer Service
This company has had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They always reply to within the next 24 hours and I had to make an exchange and it took me so long to get the package shipped back out and they were very understanding and still allowed me to be able to get that exchange instead of staying with a ring that didn’t fit my boyfriend. The ring is also beautiful, I really wanted a nice gold ring for my two year anniversary and their rings were the perfect choice.
