PAWFECTion!!!
From the moment we sent our order to Pawfect House, the whole experience seemed easy and effortless, and the staff very much in tune with what we needed. This is important because of the sensitive nature of the project…our dear sweet Golden of 13+ years would be leaving us on July 31, 2026. “Ann” made sure the project was completed correctly, down to the very last detail, and “Bella” followed up. And the team expedited the project quickly, our beautiful stone was shipped out immediately, and our wonderful mailman handed us the precious package just hours before we’d be needing it 🥲 A very huge THANK YOU to Pawfect House and its wonderful staff! Our experience was exactly that…PAWFECT!!!

Received our sign it was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband, but couldn't wait to give it to him. I put it up on his license plate wall in the garage. He didn't notice right away but when he did he laughed so hard thought it was one of the best gifts he ever got.
Not worth it
Ordered a special mug for the wife and in all of the pictures shown mug looked of normal size when it arrived it will only fit a half of cup of coffee and you are unable to fit two fingers through the handle to hold the cup due to how small it is. Definitely not worth the $70 they charge to have it created and sent. This will be the last item I ever purchase from this company.

Awful quality
Very poor, on the website it makes it look like you're getting a proper good quality coin when in reality you get a piece of metal with a sticker either side. Crap really for £30. It looked amazing and of good quality when I bought it as a keepsake for my son but it's that bad I doubt I'll even give it to him. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I thought pawfecthouse was a scam after…
I thought pawfecthouse was a scam after I had ordered a gift on line and received a survey asking how I liked their product and service. I responded telling them they were a joke because I had not received what I had ordered Was I bad, living in Canada 🇨🇦 it took a little longer going through customs and the package was in my mailbox. The complaint was taken very seriously from a company that truly showed concern and willingness to resolve the issue. I informed them immediately when discovered the package had been delivered. Product was better than expected made with good material and looks fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. B.Avery Vancouver
