I ordered a personalized sign for Father's Day. It was purchased on May 16th. I have contacted the company and did not receive a response until I sent a second email. The email response was that they were looking into the issue and would get back to me. It has been over a week, and still no response from the company

I love the mats / with the pictures. But, on the mat that talks about humans living here, the words are blocked by the dog's head. It would have been better to make the head a bit smaller or move it so the words show.

Very hard to get any response via…
Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.
