Overall good with a few points The design process was smooth. The design is cute. Though I thought it was the wiry doormat material (coir?). I am not sure how long this will last in terms of fading /sun damage and if people walk on it. It would have been helpful to have clear timelines communicated on delivery. Also I thought it was completely inappropriate for you to ask for a tip for the staff on the check out. This world has gone mad with tips!!!!

Lovely product with great customer service
Shortly after placing my order, our dog’s previous owner was able to take her back. I emailed Pawzity and request that they remove the dog image leaving the 3 cat images. They did it right away! Also, the door mat serves a reminder not to let the indoor cats outdoors. This is helpful for guests who aren’t used to watching out for escaping felines. The mat is lovely with a fabric similar to what a computer mouse pad is like. It is more decorative than mud collecting. This would make a sweet gift.

The site would not let me do my signs the way I needed them to be? But the customer service was really wonderful! One of the signs I did get had two letters that were messed up. Well basically did not have enough ink on the letters, so I had to ink it in with permanent marker myself. But again customer service was great & signs cute! Thanks you!

Took too long to receive item I ordered a memorial sign for my dog
I ordered a memorial sign for my dog. I didn’t realize it was coming from China. It took all of two months before I received it. They suggested I use “SHOP” to track package . Did that , not much help at all. I Emailed customer service they tracked it for me .and I got better results . I finally did receive the package two months later! the memorial sign was actually excellent . it came out beautiful and I’m happy with the product. just not the length of time it took to get it.
