Incorrect size received. Customer support has ignored me for over two weeks. Horrible. Will be contacting PayPal to dispute this. The product itself is excellent (though way too small), but customer support needs to be responsive.

Good Product. Needs to Revamp Website and do UAT
Very quick processing and delivery. Very satisfied with my purchase. The major downside was that the website needs a revamp to make it easier to navigate and quick preview. Membership status should also be auto-tagged to online purchases instead of having to re-register through email or call. FAQ not updated with PDPA regulation. Error with post sales e-voucher giveaway, which I had to call and clarify the matter. (And still doesn’t work now)

Bad online purchase experience
The shoes which i bought online does not allow for exchange or refund. One of the pair i received was having a smaller design cutting. Even though i bought size 41 which is my usual shoe size but its so much smaller which only size 36 foot can wear. I was so shocked by the small cutting and disappointed i not able to exchange it at the store. Will not recommend the online purchase with pazzion.

My personal 1st timer experience with…
My personal 1st timer experience with Pazzion is they have nice design and comfortable leather shoes. However, the after sales service is poor. So what happen is I bought the shoe model 3660-35 BLACK STRAPPY POINTY TOE LEATHER ANKLE BALLET FLATS. The color on the leather started to transfer to my feet after a while. I understand that minimal discoloration may occur with new leathers, however, strong discoloration and discoloration from wearing it is not acceptable. So I wrote an email explaining my situation and till date no one has follow up. Despite this, I called to the store to get a clarification. Was advised to send my shoe in for their cobbler to fixed it. Make a trip to the store sent in and collected my shoe on 23rd Dec under invoice #21845. Staff explained that cobbler did a layer of waterproofing to fix the color. And so I asked, will the color transferred again. Staff claimed there's no guarantee, and if it happen there's nothing can be done. So my question is, this is obviously a problem with the leather and the process of color dying. Can someone reach out to me for a solution on this?
