Good shoes terrible customer service

Happy with the quality of the shoes, but customer service is really awful. No response to emails and was forced to make international calls to their customer service hotline, and no one picked up! Finally only got a response when I angrily posted to social media.

Not very good deal for VIP now

Hope that QC checks can be improved prior to shipment and response to email or contactable. Had to go down to store where the shop assistance provided great advises.

bought sneakers from pazzion during sales and got it at a great deal~ it's to be a christmas gift to a friend of mine so I'm a bit particular about the condition, shoe is all great but the box was beat up and torn in some places. Will wrap the box up with some festive paper and it'll be okay!

Good and prompt delivery

Good and prompt delivery . Love some of the extra soft backing on shoe. Won’t cut feet. But I tried to return a shoe that size doesn’t fit. No reply from email sent. Some shoe cut is larger or smaller. Not true size for some. I am now hesistant to buy because I am worried I can not return it.

Increase the no. of staff

The staff at Jem are very helpful and friendly though sometimes they are short-handed especially during sales period and the service will be slow. I hope you can increase the no. of staff during peak period so that we need not have to wait so long to be served.

This is the first time I give a bad…

This is the first time I give a bad rating to a company. I cannot express my disappointment in any other ways. Recently, I made a purchase online. Apparently is one size smaller. And wanted to make an exchange. However, there’s no way I can do it. There’s no respond and reply from their customer service online. I just need to make the exchange to the right size. However it seems like the most difficult thing to be done. And I cannot even exchange it at the store as they need to be approve online?? Yet no one respond online. Is it a scam or what?? Please advise. Thank you

Tardy customer service

It took 3 online forms, 2 emails & 2 phonecalls to finally reach staff. And when someone picked up my call, i left my contact number but no one bothered to call back. And that was some 10 days ago. Email reply eventually came but was curt. Pazzion have nice shoes but sucks in after backend support.

Good experience overall

Everything was good except that the customer service was not very responsive via email. I had to make an international call to talk to someone. The call got through very fast and the person i talked was very nice.

Alot of designs are out for my shoe…

Alot of designs are out for my shoe size 40, wish the restock can be more efficient. Other than that, overall experience on purchase, process and shipping are ok.

Great selection, take note on exchange process

Love that pazzion has phased out its pig skin lining and move to Lambskin ... great selections the only downside is the exchange process need to go through the pazzion online side before making one to one exchange at retail store, so if you receive the item on Friday, chances you will need to wait till Monday

I have bought the Pazzion few times

I have bought the Pazzion few times. The shoes I bought was broken on the first day I wear. Quite disappointed. It is sale item and cannot be returned.

Took quite some time to send item out and previously the size I ordered was oos and they never even bother to inform me till I called them up on the 4th day.

Shoes are comfortable and classy.
