I didn’t have a good experience with pazzion as the customer service is not initiative. They problem to call me back but didn’t at all.

I believe i was given a display shoes

I believe i was given a display shoes. Not brand new cause the left one is bigger (loose) than the right. And the boxing seems odd also, nothing inside the shoes like stick and all. However i ordered 2 shoes, the second shoes is nice and all at its best packaging and i can tell its brand new.

Service is ok but I find products…

Service is ok but I find products design is no longer unique and is getting too pricey for a pair plain shoes.

More filtering such as by color ,size…

More filtering such as by color ,size avalibility, materials. I find it very time consuming to find lamb skin material shoes.otherwise you have one of the best quality shoe.

Payment issues due to limited options

Payment was troublesome as the options were limited - either paypal or masterpay. Would have been more convenient to be able to just key in credit card details followed by OTP verification like other sites.

I am a member with Pazzion and often purchase Pazzion shoes most of the time from walk-in stores and 3 times online purchase. But recent online purchase experience was not a smooth transaction because there was an issue with your Master card webpage and I need to call in several times to speak to your Marketing Team to assist to resolve it. It delayed my online shopping experience and at the same time worry the selected item might be out of stock anytime. I hope I do not get such negative encounter again in future for my online purchase. But overall I must say that your shoes are really comfortable and durable and pretty.

Service went from bad to worse

One is the shoes appeared to be worn, could be display pair. Another pair have marking and black dots on the shoes..

Not a international company

1st time purchase through online. Usually buy from shop & recommenced lot of overseas friends to buy Pazzion shoes. Couldn’t exchange when I realised the cutting for one pair of shoes small. Called the company, spoke to a staff but only got a reply through email saying no exchange. Kind of shocked & upset as I do purchase from other company online, from states, Singapore or Australia, they do exchange. It’s not as if a $6 item, after sales prob 20-30% off, bought but can’t use. Utterly upset. Would share with local & overseas friends never to buy Pazzion online again. Bad experience.,

Wrong size delivered

Wrong size delivered. Never check before send. Cannot exchange as no more stock. Very disappointed.
