Excellent service and product
Love and disappointment
Purchases are great. Love the designs and comfort level. But the only issue is I'm unable to get the membership despite my multiple request even if I were to top up and get just another pair within the same month or few weeks later to meet their minimum net value. Too stringent and rigid..

Delivery is fast but the promo is not very attractive. Most of the.good promo discount are clearing of old stock.
Comfortable flats and cool foldables.
The shoes, especially lambskin ones, are comfortable to wear. After buying from Pazzion, I rarely buy from other stores. 80% of the shoes I own are now from Pazzion. I deducted one star as inner soles wear out rather quickly. The sides of their loafers get soft and unstable quickly too, causing me to sprain my ankle once. However, I love their comfy flats and their foldables are so handy for travel (they come with their own leather pouch for easy storage!). Cool! Good value for money too!

I have ordered online 2 times during sales.. Quality is different from the one buy from shop. It only last a month after that sole will come out. Paid 55$ during sale and it is really 19$ shoe quality.
