Purchase one pair of shoes under sale, but size could not fit in , now they told me this is non exchange item due to sale, obviously I don’t accept it as there is no term and condition indicated when I made the payment . I have spent over $50 for nothing. This is very bad experience and will never buy from them again! Be careful it if you want to order from them as the size is smaller than other brand

I was at JEM outlet on June 25'19 and was knocked by a delivery man pushing a patel push trolley, left a blister & scar on my left foot. The shoes boxes on the trolley was higher than his height! I hope that the management will enforce workplace safety to prevent customer from getting injuries. Eve Wong

I love buying on pazzion online site as there isnt a store nearby where i stay or work, so online purchase for me is the most convenient. I am a size 41, and for many instances, NEW products are always having size 41 out of stock. I felt like i needed to watch the site like a stock market in order to purchase size 41. If there is a demand, not not stock up more on your eCommerce site with more sizes. Many times i have to head down to a physical store on purpose to check if size 41 still have stock. Most of the time yes they have, but i cannot be heading down the store each time you launch something new.
normally all the shoes i purchase at Passion fits nicely. but recently Order 19444, i purchase black round toe timeless heel and almond round toe timeless heel. they were ONE/TWO size too small. Since I purchase this online, I cannot return them. i can only wear the black one for 10 minutes and the almond one is still in the box. What a shame.Even my sister who normally wear one size smaller than me cannot wear the shoes! too tight for her as well. I don't dare to purchase shoes online and will wait until I am in singapore again before I make purchase. so regrettable because I have been waiting for black pointy heels and almond pointy to be available but I don't think I will get them now. too risky if they don't fit again.
I ordered shoes on April 25th 2019. I only received information about the shipping code, which is using SF Express. When I tracked it stuck on 26th April the tracking website shows that SF Express already picked up but it is in TRANSIT. After 15 days, I contacted both SF Express and Pazzion multiple times but they only said 'WAIT SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU'. I have asked for a refund from Pazzion but they always said 'WAIT WE ARE CONTACTING THE DELIVERY COMPANY'. For God sake, how long does it take to contact the delivery company??!! Up until now, May 20th I HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING, even update or the information of my package!

I used to love pazzion shoes. However in my recent buy on the first time I wore the shoes, both heel studs dropped off. This was an issue previously with other shoes from pazzion but dropping out on the first wear was amazing. Hope the quality issue can be fixed.
Good but limited sizing that is one size, one pair. After that sold out and no restocked or take too long for restock.

Not all sale associates in the stores are friendly and approachable and possessed good knowledge of their products. Not many colours and design choices. Considered pricely product.
