It’s only been a month using Penji, and they’ve been amazing.
Things started off a bit rocky due to some unique requirements for my business, which created some initial friction. However, those were quickly and thoughtfully resolved in a meeting with the co-founder, which I really appreciated. It showed a strong commitment to supporting us and retaining us as a customer.
Since then, the experience has been great. I’m especially grateful to Luis, our art director, for his diligence and strong project management. Also a big thank you to Andreina, who has worked on the majority of our projects. She truly understands our brand and consistently delivers work that requires little to no revisions.

I have been working with Penji for almost three months now and the results have been a game changer for our agency. We have tried just about every other graphic design vendor and they are the best - by far. Seriously, you name a graphic design vendor, we have tried them and Penji has been a breath of fresh air. The work is quick BUT it's done right too. The other vendors we use would brad a 1-2 day turn around but every time we received a submission, it would be another 4 days of edits for things that should not have been missed. Their online portal is probably the secret to their success. It's clearly built for agencies. Stop reading this review and do yourself a favor - just sign up.

Graphic design was a significant bottleneck for Ascendant Arrow. As a branding and marketing agency, we need high-end designs delivered fast. Before working with Penji, we had constant issues with freelancer delays and broken promises. And getting revisions could sometimes take days/weeks. That's all solved now after signing up with Penji.
